i always get mad

yesterday i cant stop saying something very bad words to a person but i just cant stop
how harsh i am after i know the reason i finally realized why i just did
words hurts ppl we love when u saying it u wont realize how hurt it is
hurt ppl who we love thats very bad
but sometimes it just will happen
i will try to stop
