sometimes i just can't my brain keep thinking

so i will feel tired and stressful but there is no reason ???
i will feel kinda annoyed sometimes but i don't know why
so i have to release the pressure out
i found a good way yesterday~
bite the marshmallow very very deep then you'll feel very happy ha:))
it's weird
but after eat too much i feel gross~'don't eat too much!!!
