Uh ... I can't fall asleep last night

Well it's 8:05 am but I still not sleepy I guess I'll have headache later lol it's so. Bad to be like this and I look up some info last night when I can't fell asleep hahah it says if u stay up today u have to sleep earlier next day and don't stay up at 3~5am it's bad for health I don't know is that real I decide to sleep early today hahah and I'm really really sure I going to start diet today cos my mum told me that I look so fat and like a boy :((((((((

like today i ate

breakfast > a 650ml juice and a very oily chinese pizza

noon > 3 bowls of rice and a popstick and watermalon

night >3 bowls of rice and an ice cream a coffee milk

im a pig lol

but it's so hard for me
